Odyssey Bistro

Our famous bistro is open all day long serving breakfast (or brunch for those wishing to relax in the mornings) lunch and dinner.

Our breakfast is made with a lot of love and thought put into it. Our Chef comes up with new ideas every day that are seasonal, always local and sometimes inspired by ancient greek times. We serve in a buffet style so that you can try and taste as many dishes as you like.

We also offer a range of international foods, all homemade, from pancakes and crepes to burgers and pizza. Eggs are always on the menu and so are our home-made cakes and desserts. There is something for everyone, no matter what your taste!

Dinner is when we really get to show off our Greek cuisine and traditions, not forgetting our delicious cocktails! Our favourite way of serving our guests is either with a surprise menu or meze (meaning Greek tapas). This way our Chef has free rein to cook and create dishes based on what is available at the market or what she is inspired by that day. We also have a small international menu, again sourced seasonally and locally, to ensure we cater for everyone.

Every Thursday and Saturday we host special nights from 7 - 11.30pm. Thursday is Odyssey’s Greek Night with live Greek music and dancing and a delicious buffet of traditional Greek dishes for everyone to enjoy.

Saturday night is Odyssey’s Meze Evening, with lots of small dishes to share and taste while listening to live Greek lounge music in the background. At Odyssey, we love the philosophy behind tapas, sharing and enjoying lots of different dishes with friends and family.

Odyssey Library

What is it that most people do when they go for holidays? Exactly: read a book. We have a large collection of used books in several languages such as English, Dutch, German and Swedish.

All our guests can lend a book for free and enjoy some nice reading hours in the spacious library itself or on their balconies. Swapping of books is in general no problem, we just expect our guests to exchange fairly.

Sometimes the library is used to give a lecture about contemporary or ancient greece. Just let the staff know that you have an interest and they can tell you if a lecture is scheduled that particular week and what would be the subject of the lecture.
