KOSTIS VILLAS is a modern self-catering apartment complex. It has 17 very nicely furnished studios and 2 furnished maisonettes.
All apartments have large terraces - balconies overlooking the bay of Askeli, the opposite shores of the Peloponnese and our excellently maintained swimming pool.
Surrounded by lemons, oranges, flowers, basil and herbs that offer you a beautiful decoration for a relaxing stay.
"Kostis Villas" is located in a very quiet location, about two kilometers from the city of Poros, and has as significant advantages as the quality of the apartments, the quietness, the cleanliness and the hospitality that offers.
For years now, respecting our guests, we offer them a warm and friendly atmosphere, as if they were at home.
We are just 100 meters away from the beach of Askeli, the most beautiful organized beach of Poros, which has water sports.
Almost next to our apartments there is a supermarket and bakery that offer everything you need and a moped rental shop for short excursions.
On the coastal road there is a cafe snack, cafe bar, grill and several picturesque taverns with quality food and very reasonable prices.

"Kostis Villas" has a large swimming pool with shower, with comfortable sun loungers, tables and umbrellas where you can relax, enjoy your coffee and the sun.
From our balconies there is a wonderful view of the garden, the pool, the bay of Askeli and the opposite shores of the Peloponnese
At "Kostis Villas" taking care of the safety and health of our guests, we have the presence of a lifeguard in the pool and we observe the daily conditions and hygiene protocols.
We offer transfer to and from the Airport, giving number of people, name, time and details of the flight (with extra charge). The transfer is done with the Premium Minivan Mercedes Benz Vito extra long with 8 Seats.
